Leadership Development Day

Presented by Laurie Hunt with over 20 years working in the field of mentoring and leadership from all angles. Laurie integrates current leadership practices, motivation and social change theory, positive psychology, neuroscience research and eastern philosophy in her novel approach.

The format is interactive and active where you will work independently and in pairs as well as engage in discussions with everyone. You will have the opportunity to practice the skills with time to reflect on your learning. The design is such that everyone will have identified at least one specific action to put into practice in addition to a variety of ideas and skills to draw on as needed in their volunteer administrator roles. While the learning from the day is applicable in all parts of lives, the training context will be as volunteer administrators.

Lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided.
